CHANGES & CANCELLING ORDERS

Please contact me within 24 hours if you placed your order incorrectly, so we can resolve and correct your order.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the small batch, freshness and consumable nature of Earth Cura products, all purchases are final. Please contact me with questions regarding your order to help you make sure your selection is the right fit before you place your order.

I do not accept returns and refunds if bottles, products have been opened and used.

Refunds are restricted as well. My products are packages with love and care, and in a rare case your package is damage upon arrival, please contact me to resolve the issue. Please contact me if products cause reaction, perhaps a dilution is required and I am happy to support and consult you how to alternatively use product.
