Damiana Leaf (Turnera diffusa), Rose Petals (Rosa Centifolia), Sarsaparilla (Smilax regelii) Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale)  

Organic loose leaf herbs, along with one reusable tea bag.

2-4tsp per cup of boiling water; steep for 5-10 mins.

Overnight infusion- therapeutic brew- 1 tbsp in quartz size jar with hot water, place in refrigerator overnight, warm up in morning or sip cold through out day.
